Before you buy.
What happens when a crew member leaves?
Remove them in the dashboard and the seat is free immediately. Give it to whoever replaces them — a seat belongs to the company, not to a person, so you are never paying for someone who has moved on.
Do we see their progress?
Yes. The dashboard shows an average readiness score for the whole crew and, per person, how ready they are for the oral: modules completed, flashcards mastered, mock exam scores, practice streak and the exam date they have set. You never see their answers, their oral transcripts, or anything they study outside HELM — and every crew member is told exactly that, in full, before they create an account.
What if someone already pays for HELM themselves?
Invite them anyway. A company seat sits alongside a personal subscription rather than replacing it, so nothing they have paid for is disturbed, and they can cancel their own subscription whenever they like.
Can we add seats later?
Yes, at any time, and the price per seat drops for everyone the moment you cross a band. Going from 24 to 25 seats makes the whole order cheaper, not just the new seat.
How are we invoiced?
By card, monthly or annually. Every payment produces a proper itemised invoice you can download, and card details, invoices and cancellation all live in your dashboard — you never need to email us to change something. Azimuth Systems Ltd is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged and none appears on your invoice.
Do our crew need an account before we can invite them?
No. Invite any email address. If they already have a HELM account their seat is live at once; if they do not, the seat waits for them and activates the moment they sign up with that address.
