How does seat licensing work?

Each seat gives one person full premium access to all available Azimuth Systems apps. You buy seats, then assign each person to whichever apps they need from the admin dashboard. Seats can be reassigned at any time — colleges can rotate seats between intakes, and fleets can reassign as officers join or leave.

Can we track student progress?

Yes. Every plan includes an admin dashboard where you can see per-student module completion, flashcard mastery, and mock exam scores.

What if we need more than 100 seats?

No problem — the 100+ tier lets you choose the exact number of seats you need. Enter any amount (100, 150, 350, etc.) during signup and you'll be charged £2.00 per seat per month. You only pay for what you need.

Can we pay annually?

Yes. You can choose monthly or annual billing during signup. Annual billing pays 12 months upfront at the same rate — one invoice instead of twelve.

Can we cancel at any time?

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans run for the full 12-month term. Your students retain access until the end of the billing period.
