Delete Your Account & Data
You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time, using either of the methods below. This applies to both The OOW Bible and The EOOW & ETO Bible apps.
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
- Open the app.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and personal data are permanently removed from our systems, and the local copy on your device is cleared.
Option 2 — By email
If you can't access the app, email privacy@azimuthsystemsltd.co.uk from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will verify ownership and delete your data.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login (name and email / sign-in identifier).
- Profile details — display name, role, institution, and target exam date.
- All study data — progress, quiz and mock-exam results, XP, streaks, flashcard review history, and AI oral-simulator transcripts.
- Your push-notification token, if notifications were enabled.
Your subscription is billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — manage or cancel renewals in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Retention
Personal data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of a deletion request. Anonymised AI-usage logs (used only to enforce fair daily limits; no answer content) are retained for up to 90 days, then deleted. We do not retain identifiable data beyond these periods except where required by law.
