2. What Data We Collect

  • Account information — your name and email address when you create an account.
  • Study progress — question results, module completion, XP, streaks, flashcard review history, and Part A exam simulator scores across the ten modules.
  • Subscription status — whether you are on Free or Premium, and whether you are in the 7-day free trial. Payment is handled entirely by Apple, Google and RevenueCat — we never see your card details.
  • Push notification token — a device identifier used solely to send you study reminders if you enable notifications.
  • Audio recordings — spoken answers you give to the AI Oral Examiner when practising your Part B oral. These are processed in real time to produce your grading report and are not stored permanently on our servers.
  • Referral code — if you share or redeem a referral code for The OOW Bible.
  • Crash and error reports — anonymised diagnostic data sent to Sentry when the app crashes.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and personalise The OOW Bible — progress tracking, spaced repetition scheduling, and your readiness across the ten modules.
  • To grade AI Oral Examiner sessions and return your verdict, score and examiner commentary.
  • To manage your subscription, your free trial and restoring purchases.
  • To send study reminder notifications (only if you opt in).
  • To diagnose bugs and improve app stability.
  • To process referrals (if you share or use a referral code).

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with any third party beyond the processors listed below.

4. Third-Party Processors

  • Supabase — database and authentication (EU region).
  • RevenueCat — subscription management.

Privacy FAQ

What data does The OOW Bible collect?

Your name and email address, your study progress (flashcard history, module completion, Part A exam simulator scores), your subscription and trial status, and — if you use the AI Oral Examiner — the audio of your spoken answers, processed in real time. We do not collect financial data; payments are handled by Apple and Google.

Is my study data stored on my device or in the cloud?

Study progress is stored locally on your device using SQLite and synced to our Supabase database when you have an internet connection. The quick reference and offline features always work from local storage.

What happens to my AI Oral Examiner recordings?

Your spoken answer is sent over HTTPS, transcribed and assessed in real time so the examiner can grade it. The audio is not kept permanently on our servers. Your grading reports — verdict, score and commentary — are retained so you can review your progress, and are deleted with your account.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. Request deletion from Settings → Account → Delete Account inside The OOW Bible, or email privacy@azimuthsystemsltd.com. We delete your data within 30 days of the request.
